- Fill-up the MyPartnership Online Registration Form thru this link: Dealership Registration Form – MySolutions, Inc.
- Or you may contact our Account Managers so they can provide you with a Dealer Application Form. Accomplish the said form and include the required documents/permits (to be enumerated upon inquiry).
- The submitted form and documents shall then be reviewed by the management.
