What are the products and services covered by the warranty?
- A device with installation has a FREE 1-year on-site warranty.
- A device without installation has an 18-month warranty (for parts).
- Technical support on same issue/device has a 1-month warranty.
How to claim the warranty?
- For a device with installation – call us for checking of their device at 8367-8188 or email support@mysolutions.ph
- For a device without installation – the customer must personally bring the device to our office (Walk-in Warranty).
Do you have warranty extensions?
None.
Do you have outright replacement?
Yes, within 15 days upon purchase.
