Do we get refunds when we cancel orders, or return the device?
We do not provide refunds for cancelled orders or returned devices. However, if the client returns an item in exchange for another device/model, the new item must be of similar price or higher, in which the client must shoulder the price difference.
To be able to exchange an item, the unit/product subject for return must be complete with the original box and accessories and must be in mint condition (no scratches, dents, etc.) Otherwise, depreciation or damage to the product will be charged to the client. There shall be a fifteen (15) day period for outright replacement from the date of delivery or pick up.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. But before returning any product, please contact Mysolutions Inc. to provide the details. Client must return product(s) to Mysolutions Inc. in its original or equivalent packaging. Furthermore, the client is responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees when returning the product.
