With a theme of “Painting Futures, Unfolding Possibilities,” this 3-day conference in Dongguan, China from October 28 to 30 was a celebration of excellence filled with groundbreaking announcements and the latest innovations of ZKTeco.
Three honorable delegates from MySolutions attended this year’s ZKTeco global meeting, namely: Mr. Lloyd Chua (Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Aldwin Fajardo (Senior Sales Manager), and Mr. Edizar Tresvalles (Junior Marketing Manager). As the leading ZKTeco distributor in the Philippines, it was an honor to join other partners from around the world, coming together as advocates of advanced security solutions.

ZKTeco Global Meeting Day 1: A Grand Opening and Immersive Experience
ZKTeco’s annual global meeting began with grandeur and excitement as we were welcomed on a red carpet, marking our entry to ZKTeco’s world of innovation. The grand opening ceremony at the Zhangmutou Industrial Park paved the way for exciting discoveries we would learn and experience for three days. Built with an investment of 650 million RMB, the Zhangmutou Industrial Park is an intelligent manufacturing base that spans over 100 acres. We explored the park’s state-of-the-art production facilities with other visitors, marveling at the resources ZKTeco has invested in fostering technological innovation.
Attendees were transported to another key research and development (R&D) base for ZKTeco, the Tangxia Industrial Park, which houses their laboratory and immersive experience center. At the Tangxia Immersive Experience Center, we delved deep into ZKTeco’s cutting-edge technology by experiencing first-hand the latest security and biometric advancements. The immersive experience center showcased an extensive collection of security solutions, including x-ray scanners, walkthrough metal detectors, and biometric devices, which MySolutions supplies to the Philippine market.
ZKTeco Global Meeting Day 2: Insights and Innovations
Day two was filled with inspirational words and transformational announcements. The major gathering place for ZKTeco’s esteemed partners and industry professionals was the great ballroom of the Goodview Hotel. John Che, the CEO of ZKTeco, opened the conference by sharing insights on the rapid development of artificial intelligence, and how ZKTeco is currently incorporating AI technology into their innovative solutions. Among the highlights was the unveiling of “Ralvie AI,” a workforce management system powered by AI. John Che said, “This marks a paradigm shift in human resource management and demonstrates how technological innovation can significantly enhance efficiency and create greater value for our customers.”
The second part of the meeting focused on the most recent branding matrix of ZKTeco Group, featuring NGTeco, ZKDigimax, and Armatura. ZKTeco’s new e-commerce brand, NGTeco, focuses on business-to-consumer (B2C) sales and is branching out into e-bikes and home robotics. ZKDigimax specializes in smart advertising with digital signage solutions. High-end intelligent security systems are available from Armatura. In order to optimize market coverage and enhance resource allocation, John Che stated, “This strategy uses brand architecture concepts to meet the needs of different market segments, helping us establish different advantages and offering our partners a broader product range.”

The final day was a celebration of partnerships and future endeavors. As the sun set over the Goodview Hotel’s lawn, we witnessed the signing of strategic partnerships, the awarding of distinguished distributors, and a mesmerizing drone show that lit up the night sky. It was a fitting end to an unforgettable event.
