Mysolutions offers after-sales support thru phone, email and YM from 8:30am to 5:30pm during Mondays to Fridays and from 8:30am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. 

In case the hotline is busy; you may text, e-mail or instant message your name, company name, product purchased, landline number and our Customer Care Representative will get back to you as soon as he/she is available. 

NOTES: Our Customer Care Representative will only return call if:
  • Landline number is stated
  • Number is "Manila Line" (our customer service team are not allowed to access NDD, IDD or mobile phone outgoing calls)
